A physician referral may be required to receive care from the SMH Wound Care Clinic. Our office is located in the Rural Health
Clinic at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital. Please consult your health insurance provider or contact the Wound Care Clinic for more information at (906) 341-1866

Our Wound Care Clinic offers patients in surrounding areas outpatient options.
