The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.

Everything was right on time. All of the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. They had everything they needed. Jeremy, the CRA, was thorough and complete and addressed all of my medical history. Dr. Bambach discussed the procedure and reviewed risks and benefits. my recovery was uneventful. After 24 hours, I am feeling great. I have minor incisal pain that requires no medication. Was as good of an experience a surgery could be.
Just amazing care staff is amazing 😊
Dr. Renard and the nurses were excellent. But had to wait too long for the instruments to complete the surgery.
Dr. Madjar always makes the time to help me understand my issues, risks and options in a way that makes sense to me. SMH has done a great job of assembling a staff I trust more than Marquette and other regional facilities.
