Response from the owner: We appreciate your 5-star rating!
After a cancer diagnosis of my Grandmother, we called SMH to set up hospice. From the beginning of the short journey until the end, they were amazing. As a family, we were supported and able to be there with Grandma until the end. It made it be a very healing experience.
Response from the owner: Thank you for your kind words. Our compassionate hospice teams keep families informed and provide comforting care. Thank you for choosing Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital HomeCare & Hospice.

The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.

I never had a bad experience at this hospital! I am grateful for all the care not only I, but my daughter received here throughout the years. Wonderful staff, doctors, and nurses 😀
Dr.Vix is worth his weight in gold. His bedside manner, ability to connect with children, how frequently he checked on my daughter, made her smile and constant care - he was exceptional. I wish I could give him a platinum star. Truly a remarkable doctor!
So glad I found help for my foot issue, every visit is awesome. Friendly people, quick appointments and with fitting it into my day that's a must. Hard to believe I'm excited to say I have foot surgery in Feb 2025

Very pleasant person. Did my surgery an was in contact with me the whole time in recovery. Also called personally when I had concerns an answered questions an made sure my worries were taken care of.
On time appointment. Staff attentive and helpful. No negative issues during the visit.

We are lucky to have such a kind caring fun loving Dr in our lil ER Dr .Vic is amazing
Everything was right on time. All of the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. They had everything they needed. Jeremy, the CRA, was thorough and complete and addressed all of my medical history. Dr. Bambach discussed the procedure and reviewed risks and benefits. my recovery was uneventful. After 24 hours, I am feeling great. I have minor incisal pain that requires no medication. Was as good of an experience a surgery could be.
Just amazing care staff is amazing 😊
Dr. Renard and the nurses were excellent. But had to wait too long for the instruments to complete the surgery.
Dr. Madjar always makes the time to help me understand my issues, risks and options in a way that makes sense to me. SMH has done a great job of assembling a staff I trust more than Marquette and other regional facilities.

Steve Vix, He is one of the many reasons I drive an hour to a hospital. I’m at ease when he is involved with me or one of my family members. Steve and his crew in the emergency room are professional but caring you just don’t find that these days. Thanks Darrin Simmons
Julie is a great counselor! She is easy for my teen to talk to and very good about getting him the help he needs.
