DONATE NOW
We become very close to families in a short time. Following the death of their loved one, families often desire to give a tangible gift to the hospice team to show their appreciation. As individuals, we cannot accept gifts or money. Therefore, a special fund and the memorials we receive were created for this purpose.
Over the years, the Hospice Fund has provided experiences for our patients and staff that might otherwise not have been affordable. Every donation has a profound impact, igniting hope and enriching the lives of our patients and their families facing financial constraints. Our hospice families with financial constraints have benefited from this fund as staff strive to be creative in supporting the quality and enjoyment of life each day.
We continue to rely on gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations to fulfill our mission of providing dignified end-of-life care to all of our patients. We are also grateful for the memorials we receive by mail. Join us in empowering hope and making a difference today. Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization.
To ensure our expert nurses are treating patients who truly need it, there are some qualifications that need to be met in order to be eligible for Home Health and Hospice. The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.
