Suzette Reilley is a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner at Gundersen Health System, with over five years of experience providing patient care in the acute hospital setting, outpatient clinics, and dialysis units. She will be opening a Nephrology practice at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital in February, 2025. She offers comprehensive management of chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and resistant hypertension, along with treatment for hematuria, proteinuria, and electrolyte imbalances. Suzette has special interests in managing complex kidney conditions and working with patients to optimize their health outcomes. She earned her associate degree from Gogebic Community College, her bachelor’s from Michigan Tech, and her master’s from Simmons University in Boston. Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, she and her husband now reside in Wisconsin to be near their grandchildren.
