Upper Peninsula Veterinary Service is a mixed animal veterinary service, providing routine and emergency care.

Our tree will be displayed in the hospital atrium during the Festival of Trees.

Our pre-lit Tree Includes:

A serving tray with cheese knife
Wine rack, glasses & wine for entertaining your holiday guests.
Share or just treat yourself to a star full of chocolates.
And for your four legged family a ceramic dog dish, toy, hands free leash, vehicle seat cover.

Winner must be 21 to enter & win any package containing alcohol.

RAFFLE TICKET INSTRUCTIONS

Please enter the raffle number above on your ticket if you would like to win this prize. One prize number must be written on every raffle ticket.
Raffle tickets can be safely dropped off at the front entrance of Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital.
All raffle tickets will be sorted by prize number and deposited in the correct prize bin by the Festival of Trees staff.
Prizes valued over $600 will be subject to taxes and a W-2G will be sent to the Internal Revenue Service.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the new Rehabilitation and Aquatic Therapy Center.
Need not be present to win at the time of drawing but required to arrange for pickup. Raffle prizes, trees, and wreaths will not be delivered.
Must be 18+ to purchase a ticket and win. Please do not write the name of an underaged individual on a raffle ticket.

The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.

I went in for emergency hernia surgery, the nurses, ER doctor, surgical nurses were extremely professional with amazing personalities, the general surgeon was highly professional and canceled all of his afternoon meetings in order to get me into surgery and not have me waiting in pain, also explained everything in a way I understood and all the risks with zero doubt! Highly highly highly recommend this hospital! Thank you for making my experience awesome!
