Dr. Shahar Madjar is fellowship-trained in female urology and urogynecology and has completed fellowship programs at the Section of Female Urology and Urodynamics at the University of Miami and at the Section of Female Urology and Voiding Dysfunction at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Shahar Madjar was deeply involved in the research and development and in clinical trials of several devices for the treatment of women and men with urinary incontinence and bladder control problems.
His past medical education and previous appointments include Assistant Professor of Clinical Urology in the Department of Urology at the State University of New York (SUNY) School of Medicine at Stony Brook.
Dr. Shahar Madjar is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and the Society of Urodynamics and Female Urology. He is an accomplished author of three books and has written articles for more than 50 publications in medical literature.
Dr. Shahar Madjar offers general urology and female urology services at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital. These include the evaluation and treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms, urinary incontinence, kidney stones, cancer of the urogenital system (kidney, bladder, prostate). He performs office procedures such as cystoscopy, urodynamics, prostate biopsy, and vasectomy. He performs surgery for urinary incontinence, enlarged prostate, kidney stones and bladder cancer.

Andrew Anderson was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula and graduated from Gladstone Area High School in 2008. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University in 2013.
In 2020, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University specializing in Family Care.
His previous career experience includes working in the hospital setting, emergency department and has held supervision roles.

Everyone in the ambulatory care/outpatient surgery were great!! They all made me feel very comfortable and did a great job!!! thank you to the whole outpatient staff and Doctor Rayner..I would recommend Schoolcraft or patient to anyone in need of surgery

The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.
