🚶‍♀️ Strong Steps for Safe Living 🚶‍♂️

Are you concerned about falling, losing balance, or limiting activities because of fear of falling? Join us for Strong Steps for Safe Living, a free fall prevention class designed to help you stay active, safe, and independent.

During this interactive class, participants will learn how to:
✔️ Identify slip, trip, and fall hazards
✔️ Reduce the risk of injury from falls
✔️ Understand how certain medications may increase fall risk
✔️ Learn the importance of regular eye exams
✔️ Improve confidence with movement and daily activities

SilverSneakers classes are covered by most Medicare Advantage Plans. Community members without participating insurance are still welcome to join for just $5 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30. Punch cards are available at the front desk of Rehabilitation Services or from the instructor during class.

All interested participants are asked to contact Pina in advance to plan for class size and online enrollment for those with Medicare Advantage plans.

This is a welcoming and inclusive class for a wide range of fitness levels. Participants should feel comfortable joining wherever they are in their fitness journey.
