We’re excited to partner with Yooper Fitness and the Manistique Senior Center to bring fun, energizing fitness classes back to our community! 💪🧘‍♀️

📍 Classes are held at Yooper Fitness

🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays

⏰ 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM

📅 Classes began June 2nd

SilverSneakers classes are covered by most Medicare Advantage Plans. Community members without participating insurance are still welcome to join for just $5 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30. Punch cards are available at the front desk of Rehabilitation Services or from the instructor during class.

All interested participants are asked to contact Pina in advance to plan for class size and online enrollment for those with Medicare Advantage plans.

This is a welcoming and inclusive class for a wide range of fitness levels. Participants should feel comfortable joining wherever they are in their fitness journey.

We encourage our participants to ensure they have been cleared to exercise by their provider.

❤️ Heartsaver CPR AED Training for the Community ❤️

Would you know what to do in a cardiac or choking emergency? Learn the skills that could help save a life by attending our Heartsaver CPR AED Training course.

This class is designed for community members and teaches participants how to:
✔️ Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants
✔️ Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✔️ Respond to choking emergencies with confidence

• September 17 | 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• November 10 | 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
