“As part of the initiative to set goals in alignment with the organizational goals, the Medical/Surgical department chose to focus on the “Service” pillar. Our goal was to have 93-94% of patients report overall satisfaction in our Inpatient survey by the end of the year 2013. I am happy to announce the achievement of a 100% Satisfaction score on our recent May 2013 survey conducted by Arbor Associates. A HUGE Thank You to the Nursing Staff for providing not only great care but delivery of service with our positive attitudes, teamwork, respect and privacy, customer service and ability to have fun.”

The care that was provided by The nurses (Cindy, Felicia Ruth) and staff was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. We received a call from Felicia the next day to check on my husband to check his pain level and do a follow up. The surgery area from check in to check out was well organized, clean, and up to date. Thank you to all of you for what you do so well and everything beyond your normal duties.
