Join Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital HomeCare & Hospice for our annual Bells for Hospice Memorial Service, a special opportunity to remember, honor, and celebrate the lives of those we hold close to our hearts.

Throughout November, bells displaying the names of loved ones will be featured in the hospital atrium as a beautiful tribute to their memory.

During this meaningful ceremony, we will read the names of loved ones being honored, ring bells in their memory, and share information about the compassionate care and support provided through hospice services.
