Carlee Adickes was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula. Upon high school graduation, she went on to obtain her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at Concordia University – Wisconsin while working as an Emergency Medical Technician for a 911 and private ambulance service in Milwaukee. She completed her physician assistant schooling at her alma mater as a National Health Service Corp scholar. Her clinical year was structured around preparedness for rural family medicine, and she traveled as far as Montana and Wyoming for exceptional training opportunities. She is passionate about evidence-based, patient-centered healthcare.
Carlee is excited to call the U.P. home, once again, along with her husband and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys the company of family and friends, playing basketball, going for walks with the pups, relaxing by a bonfire, and watching movies.
