📍 Classes are held at Yooper Fitness

🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays

⏰ 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM

📅 Classes began June 2nd

SilverSneakers classes are covered by most Medicare Advantage Plans. Community members without participating insurance are still welcome to join for just $5 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30. Punch cards are available at the front desk of Rehabilitation Services or from the instructor during class.

All interested participants are asked to contact Pina in advance to plan for class size and online enrollment for those with Medicare Advantage plans.

This is a welcoming and inclusive class for a wide range of fitness levels. Participants should feel comfortable joining wherever they are in their fitness journey.

We encourage our participants to ensure they have been cleared to exercise by their provider.

❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for Healthcare Workers ❤️

Are you a healthcare professional who needs BLS certification or renewal? Join Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital for Basic Life Support (BLS) Training and gain the skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations.

Participants will learn:
✔️ CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants
✔️ Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✔️ Team-based response skills for healthcare settings
