We’re excited to partner with Yooper Fitness and the Manistique Senior Center to bring fun, energizing fitness classes back to our community! 💪🧘♀️

📅 Classes began June 2nd
SilverSneakers classes are covered by most Medicare Advantage Plans. Community members without participating insurance are still welcome to join for just $5 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30. Punch cards are available at the front desk of Rehabilitation Services or from the instructor during class.
All interested participants are asked to contact Pina in advance to plan for class size and online enrollment for those with Medicare Advantage plans.
This is a welcoming and inclusive class for a wide range of fitness levels. Participants should feel comfortable joining wherever they are in their fitness journey.
We encourage our participants to ensure they have been cleared to exercise by their provider.
