Jessica Rochefort is a Manistique High School graduate of 2003 and started her career at SMH in 2007 as a CNA. She graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She obtained her Master and Doctorate of Science in Nursing degree from Simmons College. Prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner certification, she worked in the Emergency Department, Medical/ Surgical Department, Diabetic Education, and as an Instructor of Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

She’s a very caring person and she listens to what you are telling her. I believe Jessica takes all of her patients seriously and is always concerned with there troubles.I would recommend Jessica to anyone!! .

Jessica is the best PCP I can possibly have! I am a complicated patient and she goes above and beyond to help me find a solution or at least be comfortable…I never have a problem getting in to see her…she is very thorough and takes each patient serious….Jessica is kind and compassionate! I am proud to call her my PCP! Highly recommend
